Super Moon

Unfortunately it was very cloudy here so I missed it.

my husband and i went out last night and friday night to see the moon. friday it was much brighter because there were no clouds. you could really see all the little details of it. made me wonder if we were on the moon looking back at earth if it would look the same.

I LIVE IN NYC AND IT WAS TOO CLOUDY TO SEE. I BET IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. I SEEN PICS IN THE DAILY NEWS.

I went outside last night late and could see the moon perfectly.  It was gorgeous, but honestly, it didn't look any different to me.  I thought it may have had a little more golden color, but it didn't look any bigger or closer to me. What's amazing to me is the thought that our moon has connected us all the way it has, all going out to observe its glory and then coming to report on what we saw.

Yes, I saw the super moon later in the night and it looked like a regular full moon.  I guess the super was when it first came up.

It did clear up last night, so we saw it when it was higher in the sky.

It's clear today, so hopefully tonight we can watch it come up.

Unfortunately it was overcast here so I did't get to see it. I saw one before though and it's amazing

   I saw it but I didn't know it was a Super Moon, just looked out because it was so big and bright

   I know it's lame, but my gramma used to call it a heaven moon...  very pretty.. it's supposed to be good luck if you look at it at midnight.

Yes I did go out and look!  Beautiful!!   I have always loved looking at the moon anyway but this was a beautiful sight!
