Once you have typed up your ticket and the first time you hit submit, you need to scroll down I believe, as it is going to ask you if you have checked the FAQ'S or searched throughout the forums etc. Then you have to indicate that yes you have and that you still want to submit the ticket. and click on that link, if you missed that portion, then you will need to start the process all over again. ONce it has been accepted you will be shown a message to the effect that your support request has been submitted and you should receive a copy of it or an acknowledgment that it was sent in your personal email account that is tied to this account. Once you receive a response, you will also get an email indicating that you have a response, and then you return to the site, and click under support and you will see a listing of your request and an indication of open or closed to the right, if you click on the link to open your request, you will then be able to read the response that was generated to your situation or question. That part does not get forwarded to your personal email. Just a couple extra steps from what you might have expected. Also depending on the nature of the question and how many are in the system it can take a couple of days at times before you receive an answer. You can also expect to get many standard spin answers to the effect that if we as members don't get paid FC doesn't get paid, and that tired old reply becomes irritating, as it often does not move FC to do anything to increase the likelihood that we or they will get paid, BUt they are dealing with far larger numbers of successful payments so the one or two here and there that we are not getting really does not matter that much to them and that is just something that we have all had to accept. Good luck in your quest.
