What's your favorite meal to cook? Maybe you can give me a few cooking tips or good recipes.  :D

Chicken and rice is delicious and easy to make.  I usually fry onions with olive oil, add chicken with some spices, and let both cook 'til done.  Let your rice cook as you wait for your chicken to finish cooking.  Serve with salad and you have a healthy meal.

Lately my favorite thing to cook is homemade soup. I don't like those whimpy soups you buy at the supermarket. I like to start with some vegetable or chicken broth and use frozen vegetables and then roast some chicken *bleep* and cut them in small pieces add to the mixture and simmer for about 20 minutes. After about 10 minutes of simmering add some rinsed canned beans. You will have all he elements needed for a heathy meal. It's great!

i have several staples throughout the week that i make...

tacos are super easy and taco shell kits are cheap too.
just brown some ground meat and onions, chop up
some lettuce/tomatos...sprinkle with cheese.

i always have a bag of soft tortillas on hand as well.
i don't have a tortilla maker, so i pat them with a wet
paper towel, cover completely in tin foil, and place in the
oven on 350 for 10 minutes. they taste just like restaurant
style this way.

boneless, skinless chicken tenders are easy to make and
you can do tons of stuff with them. roll thawed pieces in egg
and coat with breadcrumbs or crushed wheat crackers, place
on a baking sheet, and stick in the oven for about 30 minutes
on 400. easy chicken fingers.

[ we all have a place in history. mine is in the clouds. ]

I don't do a lot of cooking, but sloppy joes are pretty easy to make, and so rewarding to eat!

I've always loved to cook, and love watching people enjoy what I have cooked. I'd have to say that Spaghetti is my most favorite dish to cook. I really like cooking Italian and gourmet dishes when I have the time.

for a MAIN dish I love to cook:
Blue Cheese/Portabella stuffed Pork Loin. It is sooo good. I learned how to "roll cut" the loin from a youtube video, it is pretty easy, but you need a really sharp knife.

a great and super easy side dish is: sliced tomatoes, sliced red onion, diced mozzarella cheese, bosomic vinaigrette and olive oil or a salad dressing equivalent, and fresh basil leaves. even my 5 & 9 year old love it.

also, good with the Pork Loin, if you don't like blue cheese, Aldi, the grocery store, sells an tasty pecan and cranberry box rice mix. it makes a great stuffing or side dish.

I love the crockpot for cooking, and my two favorites are chili and spaghetti sauce.  These are also great to make ahead and freeze into smaller containers to use as needed.  There are tons of recipes for both, many on the internet, though there are some great cookbooks out there (the fix-it-and-forget-it series, for example.)  Stews are great in the crockpot, too.

Well, either chicken breast, boneless, and pork chops also boneless. Now i make them both the same. Now this might sound like nothing but all I do is mix about a cup of olive oil and a quarter cup of lemon juice. Then I put in a little salt and black pepper and a good amount of oregano. Now, I place the breast or chops in a pan and I pour the mixture over them and put them in the oven. It should only take about 30 to 35 minutes. And believe me it tastes great.
