A nice rare steak off the grill or slow cooked bbq ribs. Haven't had either in so long!

Well, I am a vegetarian so for me I don't BBQ for myself, however I do BBQ for the family, with Pork Steaks being the favorite.

I find it interesting how we word things differently in different parts of the country.  I would consider bbqing to be something with bbq sauce on it, like chicken or ribs.  But if we are talking about grilling out like it sounds like you are then you just can't go wrong with a good steak.

Normally I like steaks best, But some people make the best chicken- if I could make mine taste like that- the cows would be safe.
