Anyone else having issues with fusion cash website?
« on: March 25, 2012, 01:31:45 pm »
Maybe it's just my connection today but I seem to be having problems today.  Earlier I wasn't able to access the site after I had logged in and no matter what I would do to come back to it it would just say "Oops!  Google Chrome could not find fusioncash.net"  I had problems on Firefox first as well and didn't try Internet Explorer because it is too slow for me.  Hours later I was able to get back on and do my 15 cent clicks and then came to the forum and was about to post a message and sure enough got the "oops!  Google chrome could not find fusioncash.net" message again.  After I closed my browser and reopened I was able to get back on here and post this but not sure what is going on or why.

All my browsing data is cleared so that's not it and the weather outside is bright and clear.  So I'm unsure of why this is happening.  Earlier I couldn't even access the site.  Anyone else having this problem?

there are about 5 or so threads posting problems the last few days.  Same stuff all around.

Seemed to be a minor issue that is now fixed. I suddenly could not access FC at all for about 30 minutes. Then all was fine again. My guess is the server was temporarily down or crashed.  :peace:

I have also had problems connecting for two days. I was finally able to connect after tweaking Opera. I still can't get in with, Firefox, IE or Chrome. I get DNS errors.

Unfortunately new members may give up.

yes and it is annoying and time wasting. I feel that if there was an update being done we should have all been informed as to what to expect and the bugs should have been worked out much faster, I was left helpless as I could not even hand type the URL or get to support, I even tweeted and no reply. There should have been a general announcement email explaining what was going on and an ETA as to when the problem would be solved. WE should also be compensated for the frustration and the loss of opportunity to generate eranings over the past two days. This is NOT a good reflection on FC overall and certainly not to new members. How about it admin? any honest non spin answers for us? WE are all WAITING..
for two days I have had trouble clicking through the link in my daily mail yesterday I tried firefox, safari and INternet explorer , even hand typing in the fusioncash.net URL and all I kept getting was the search page. I could not access through the tool bar either, I cleared cache, did a defrag, searched for plug ins and updates and nothing all day long. Finally now around 9pm EST I got in for today, but I missed out on a minimum of 17 cents in earnings from yesterday and don't think it was anything on my end. I finally borrowed a friends smart phone this morning and that was a nightmare as well I could get to the log in page and it would not accept my info. I attempted to send a support inquiry but that I am not sure if it went through as well or not. I just feel a bit cheated as the 17cents are two things that I do faithfully every day. Who knows what else I might have done. The only other weird part was that I could do searches through the tool bar and managed to earn a lousy 5 cents. Please admin, was there an update as I saw when I was attempting to use the smartphone? If so it failed for me and I think I should receive partial credit say even 8 cents of the normal 17 for the inconvenience and frustration and lack of being able to contact in any other form I even tweeted and finally one member offered to send a support ticket for me. Kudos to Ice Kitty for her kindness.  So bottom line, what gives? and when may I expect some compensation?

This morning I had a problem with trying to post. Got message I had timed out. Then got error messages. And then got more error messages that said please try to post again. Did not work, so I gave up trying. Back tonight and hoping posting is back to normal.

Yeah, I had trouble with the website loading today and I couldn't post on the forums yesterday. It's a huge pain when you're trying to meet goals and get bonuses. I can deal with the slow website as long as it still works! Now I've just got to post double-time over the next couple days!

ive been getting on everday and havent had a single problem? wierd.. coulda been the servers or something.. whatever it was its all good now, stuff like that can and does happen to any and every website from time to time.
As for compensation, thats a pipe dream! when we make money on here, FC makes money too (except bonuses), so for them to pay "compensation" would be crazy - paying people for potential earnings missed even though they have no way to get there slice of those same potential earnings that they too missed.. whos gonna pay them thier compensation??

Maybe Fusion Cash is doing so well that it's servers can't handle the load of users and they need more bandwidth. I had issues with my website until I upgraded to higher bandwidth.  lol

I had no trouble logging in.  I had some videos that wouldn't load and when I did my daily paid to click it hung up a couple of times but then let me proceed.  Hope it clears up for you.

Thanks Fusion Cash for the great site

Kohler replied a couple days ago to an email I sent to support. he said they had some DNS issues that were resolved. Depending on your ISP everything would be working with 72 hours.
That 72 hours has elapsed, so everyone should be able to see this post an comment.

yay Kohler
