I am not completely sure what you are asking.  If you are asking where you can buy business cards to promote a home business, you can look at Vistaprint.  You can get a portion of your purchase back from a Fusion Cash shopping rebate and a discount on the cards if you purchase them through the Fusion Cash Mall.  In fact you should never purchase anything online without finding a cash back shopping program that you can use.

Almost all online merchants are associated with 1 or many cash back shopping programs or rebate programs like the one here are Fusion Cash. 

Go to the Fushion Cash home page and click on the link that says "Cash Back Shopping at the Fusion Cash Mall."  Then type Vista Print in the search box to find the offers available.

I don't do it at home, but if you want to, the hardest part is simply getting the customers.  It's easy to print business cards from home, but getting others to order from you would be a challenge.

Like samrhett2 posted, VistaPrint can do cards cheaper for you than you can do for yourself.  So unless you've got a way to mass produce your own cards, you'll have a tough time competing...
