Who All Did The Ike Windstorm And KY Ice Storm Affect?

I wasn't affected much by the Ike Wind Storm, but I was affected greatly by the Ice Storm here in KY. My power was out for 3 1/2 days! My mom and i went crazy just trying to find things to do, not to mention the temp in here was like in the 40's! So who all else did these natural disasters affect?
