No context was provided for the question, (since FC isn't paying an hourly wage, especially not $23/hour).

Out of any of the websites I've known throughout the years, no website that pays you to do offers, surveys, etc. pays you an hourly wage.  It would be impossible for them to do so and even though there are companies that "promise" how much you will make just to get you to sign up and start doing some stuff on their site you will never earn 23$ an hour on here consistently even if you did the math.
