what sport do you play on your lieisure time and how do you feel after those activities? Basketball , handball ..i feel rejuvenated

I love to play basketball and occasionally tennis as well. But my fave is football although it is hard to get enough people together to play.

Played league slowpitch softball upto a couple of years ago. Now its just walking our playing basketball in
the driveway!

I love swimming. Played high school softball, basketball, ran track and swam.

I don't play sports, but I love to watch different sports like football, track, tennis and some winter sports.
