I did get credit for this one on 2-20-09. 

Best Buy $500 GC    2009-02-20    $1.25    Approved

I had just cleared my cookies, cache and private data, then rebooted the machine.  I got a couple that way and more today.  It seems if I do that before I start, I get credits more easily.  I use Firefox.
