i don't but i walk every other day i can't excersize because of my health but i do walk and it helps

I never could wrap myself around jogging but I walk and I hear it is beneficial too.

I'd rather walk then jog! If I do jog I don't jog for long!

I used to jog, but right now i work with a personal trainer. I can only walk with the two kids I have. They are to little to jog and to big to let me put them in strollers.

I try i like the idea of being be able to jog for long periods of time.

Nope. I don't run and rarely go on walks. I know it sounds terrible but I'd drive to my next door neighbors if I could. Just never been a huge fan

I don't jog, but I do walk when I get the chance to and the whether is nice enough. Jogging is too high impact on the joints.
