What's your opinion on faulty surveys?

surveys that freeze and after you've spent a considerable amount of your time on trying to complete the survey and it freezes on you. Then, you can't complete it. Do you think the participant ought to be awarded or reimbursed in some way for atleast spending their personal time trying to complete that survey?

This happens from time to time! FC does not get paid for the Survey's unless people complete them. I don't think that FC can be held accountable for that! You have to remember, If FC doesn't get paid they can't pay their members. What frustrates me is when the Survey companies say the survey is 10 mins and they wind up being 30 mins.

It is indeed a bummer but FC is not at fault, they are paid if we get paid.  It is just the nature of the beast.  I have had my share of them that crashed.

I really hate when that happens!! It happened to me yesterday at least twice and a few times last week. I hate surveys period. I either never qualify, they mess up, I don't receive my credit on the off chance I qualified, or they just take forever.

I just tried to take a survey about 20 minutes ago. I answered all the 'pre-qualification' questions and was told I qualified, so clicked the link to go to the survey and when I got to the page it said the survey was closed.  Why would you tell someone they've qualified for a survey if the stupid survey isn't even open/available?!

I hate that when that happens. You're working your heiny off and you get in the zone just going along and bamm it stops. I hate that. Most companies have absolutely no sympathy for you, they make money for finished surveys. I quess there is not much we can do about it.
