Guest in forum using firefox
« on: January 19, 2012, 07:07:05 am »
For the last 2 weeks I can't post in the forum using firefox.  Whenever I click on forum from other fusioncash pages, it brings me here as a guest, even though I am logged into fusioncash correctly on all other pages.  I found this is only happening using firefox.  I removed and reinstalled firefox to see if that would correct it, but did not work.  I can post using google chrome (which I'm having to use now), and when using IE.
Has anyone else recently run into this situation?  Does anyone know a setting I need to change in firefox?  I checked to make sure cookies are on and it does bring up the forum page so it's not a popup, transfer issue.  I sent a ticket to support but have not heard back from them.
    Any assistance is appreciated.

Have a great day in FusionCash land.

i usually use IE when dealing with FC because I don't always get credit for videos when I use Firefox.

I am writing this reply from Firefox.  If it goes in, then my Firefox works.

-- Now I'm modifying the message from Firefox.

FYI:  I'm writing this using Windows 7, McAfee Security and FireFox.  I logged into the basic FC pages and entered the Forum from the top link.  No problem coming with my username.

Haven't clear my cookies recently, but that usually helps when I have problems.

I think firefox had a recent update.  It is like a 9.0  updating may help with some of the issues.  I had to update mine and it was quick and I do not have a problem entering the forum.
