If I were you, I would use CCleaner for her computer. It cleans, finds, and destroys unused file extensions, old cache, etc.

 :wave: I just used that avanst thing !! It found all kinds of worms and trojons and adware, and got rid of them!!!!! THANK YOU for recomending it !!! my computer works alot better now..
