Gamefly did not credit my account

Okay here's the thing. Fusioncash has this offer called "gamefly". I signed up for it and paid 12 dollars for my prepaid membership. Fushioncash also said if i signed up for it, i'll be credited 10 dollars. But i checked my FC account and there was nothing in there. This is so not fair. Should i wait or what? It says it is an instant credit

I would file a support ticket to see what they can do for you. If this is not the first time you signed up for gamefly that could be the reason but if it is indeed the first time and FC shows you clicked on it through them they may just need proof that your payment to gamefly went through, best of luck

sounds like my mobilexpressions app that i installed on my iphone for a 5.00 credit on FC, and didnt get anything but a slowed down internet on my phone. i filed a support tix, but nothing, i finally deleted it off my phone and gave up.

if that's all FusionCash has not paid you, then you are ahead of the game. there is no way to really tell if Gamefly did not pay FusionCash either. that's proprietary information. FusionCash may have been paid, even though you may not have been. ask FusionCash support about it and hope they tell you the truth.
