"submit button" not loading

Is anyone else having trouble getting the "submit button" on the daily $0.15 ad to load?

I have been having this problem for a couple of days now.

Refreshing the page does not help.

Clearing cookies and cache does not help.

Rebooting the computer does not help.

Logging out and back in after a couple of hours does not help.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

OK....today everything is working fine for some reason. I don't know why, but it's good
Yesterday, I used a different browser to get my credits. However, the last time this happened, that did not work either.
