I enjoy acupuncture too. It helped me with my heartburn even.

I am still unconvinced that it does not hurt. And what do they actually do? Is it just poking with needles,do they leave them in, what kind of needles, does it leave marks, does it bleed?

I have never tried accupuncture before, but if it would help me feel better, I would be up to trying it.  Of course that is if I could afford it.

Accupuncture needles are very thin, they do not hurt whatsoever, they are put in different places on the body depending on what they are trying to help you with.  Most of the time after they put on the needles they hook this machine onto them so that is sends this shock/current feeling, then as soon as you feel it, they do something with the machine that you quit feeling it but it is still doing it, kinda weird how that works, normally they leave it on atleast 20 minutes.  I feel rejuvinated, pain free after each time, I am glad I started going, hate it when I ever have to miss.
