Referrals

So, I know you can start a blog and you can advertise in your forum signature.  I have my link in my signature on another forum I belong to but I don't feel like creating a blog or joining  a different forum.  Is there any website out there where you can, say, exchange referrals..just put your link out there..I don't know, sites dedicated to getting referrals....

At this point, I personally don't want to shell out money for web advertising. My referalls have all come from word of mouth, and I too have a link in my signature on another board.

Also, I live near a college town and I was thinking of making flyers and posting them around campus.

Haven't done it yet.

also, keep in mind that no advertising is allowed on social networking sites like MySpace or Facebook...

I don't have anything on my MySpace for that reason.  I wasn't interested in spending money.  I just didn't know if there were any forums dedicated to getting referrals.

i actually heard im sure its a rumor but , whenever you post ur referal link , theres a way for someone to hack into your account , is that true? im just wondering? cause i have my refferal links on some forum boards on the net ...

If that were true there would be more hacked users than not.  I mean, I'm sure there's a way but really..
