Anyone having trouble getting credit for videos? Read this.

I have had all kinds of trouble getting credit for videos. Some would credit and some would not. The other day I could not get any videos to credit. I just didn't understand it. I had cleared cookies, cleared history, tried IE, chrome, and Firefox. Still nothing. Out of what would end up as luck, my browser crashed. I couldn't open anything up. I have no idea what happened. I was surfing and all of a sudden a window popped up that said internet explorer had to close and I couldn't open anything. Don't know if it was some type of a virus or what.
So I just closed the user account. Which was the administrator account on my laptop. I opened a brand new account. Which sucks because I lost everything in my favorites bar, etc.. But the next morning I went to do my dailys, email and PTC. Figured I would try a video. And low and behold every video I watched credited. And every video I have watched since has credited.
So, if you are having the same problems I was having, open a new account on your CPU with a new browser and see what happens.
See if videos will now credit you.
