Cashing Out

Anyone ever have a cashout issue where you see your offers as pending cashout but at the top you do not show the transaction nor do you see the amount in awaiting payment on the side? I filed a support ticket ASAP being this is the 30th, really hope I can get my payout on the 20th and this does not hold it up. Only thing I can think is that right when I hit cashout and went back to check the paid to post had posted too so maybe the computer jumbled

I cashed out yesterday and this is what I see on mine:
$35.42    2011-11-29    Pending  If approved, expect payment on or before: December 20th

So mine is working fine. Did you try logging out and logging back in? Like you said, maybe it's just a glitch that will fix itself. I'm sure if all your offers say pending cashout, you will get your money. Does the $3 forum bonus show pending cashout also or does it just say approved next to it?

Hi Kingrey the forum showed as approved as well as another offer I had done, everything below those said pending cashout and then everything prior said cashed out. It didn't show the amount like yours at the top thou, that area only showed the previous months I had cashed out. I had logged in and out numerous times this morning and decided I'd give up for a bit.

Just got back from town though and my support ticket was answered, they said wires got crossed somewhere but it is now fixed and they recashed me out - they also included the forum bonus and the offer I had done afterwards too!! Thanks so much for your input/suggestions!
