Sad
I woke up sad yet another day
how many more dues will I be asked to pay?
The cost of life I see most everywhere
when will people just stop and care?

I see the pain upon their faces
tears fall from eyes that leave traces
of care and love that are no longer inside
no loving humans left in which to confide

Maybe soon we will stop this hate
changing our fellow man's pending fate
A hug, a caress, a tender word to find
to extend to each other thats been long left behind

Time waits for no man as the end draws near
so help each other and hold good times so dear
for one day you might just seek the same
and in your heart you will know who is to blame.

Another Anniversary Alone
For the past 2 years, I've lived my life alone
Living this life with half a soul, and
Learning to live with half a life.
I feel my heart has turned to stone,
I feel so cold & no one to turn to
No one to hold
Yes, I'm healthy, I'm breathing
I'm alive, but why,why.....
Why do I feel, so dead inside?
After your departure from this plane,
Life has gone on, as I slowly go insane....
Yes, life is going fast forward into the future...
But I refuse to follow, and
stubbornly claw my essence around the past
The past is my only link to you
The past is my only life line
And my only hope
I wait until it's my turn to depart from this plane
And once again we will be, one soul, one love
Once again we will be whole
 
Happy Anniversary Harry, this would have been our 7th
