  I saw a guy on the news/online that won the lottery more than several times!!! He goes on to say he did it by following his own set of rules!? How can this be???

that would be cool. when i worked at a gas station years ago i learned which scratch off tickets would win based on what number the card ended in. i couldn't tell you the amount it would win but 9 out 0f 10 times i could tell you if it would win something.
