why cant i cash out?

i click cashout right now and it just shows a page saying There are two balance requirements for cashing out:

Your balance must be at least $25
$15 of your balance must come from offer completions

The account/security requirements are listed on the left side of your account page.

When do I get paid?

Cashouts are approved around the 20th of the month after your request. For example, if you request a cashout today (and your account passes verification), you can expect approval on or around November 20th.

Once your cashout is approved, you must allow additional transit time for your payment:

Checks are cut and mailed 1-2 business days after approval. Delivery is usually within 2-5 business days. Thus, you can expect to have the check in hand by the 30th of the month after you cashout.
 
Direct Deposit payments appear in your bank account as a line item credit within 1-5 business days of cashout approval, depending on your bank's policies. Thus, you can expect to see the credit post to your account by the 22nd-25th of the month after you cashout.
 
PayPalŪ payments are sent 1-3 days after approval. Thus, you can expect to have the money in your PayPal account by the 23rd of the month after you cashout.
 
Your balance is currently: $27.00.

Why not set up Direct Deposit and get your earnings sent straight to your bank account?

Is your balance $25 or more? If it is, then is at least $15 in offers? You can find this out by looking to the left of your approved offers towards the bottom where it says account balance, it says how much is offers and how much is bonuses. The offers one has to be $15 or more.

I agree, you probably dont have $15 in offers yet if this is what you are getting, I cashed out recently by doing a survey for 55 cents that put me over the $15 minimum for offers. Good luck.

I had that problem too..But on my desktop it wasn't showing the whole page.. under direct deposit should be a button to cash out..I got on my laptop and it showed..But wouldn't show on my desktop firefox or ie.. was very weird. Hope you can get it to work.

Maybe it is taking some time to put the money back into your account from the pending cashout. Does your balance show the full $27?

You will find the cash out button in your account page.  Left side of page.  I you haven't already verified your account if you decide to use paypal its a requirement.  You will need to do this ahead of time before you cash out.

I have the same problem.  When I click on cashout, it brings up this screen and I can only read it down to the words "Why not set up"  I cannot scroll down any further than that on the page.  I have tried different browsers and computers.  This is not the only problem I'm having now.  I haven't received any daily emails for the past 2 weeks.  For 2 weeks before that, when I would get them, I would click on the link to bring me here to FC.  I would then click on the advertisement that was there, but nothing would happen.  I can't even click on videos anymore.  When I go to the videos tab, all I get is a blank white screen...not even a message that there are no videos available at the time.  I don't understand why nothing is working right for me anymore.  I have issued 2 different support tickets for this and it still hasn't been fixed.

If anyone uses AVG, you may want to try this.  I did and it worked for me.  Now all the links on the site work for me again.  Yay!!

OK, I just renewed my AVG and someone said to disable the linkscanner when working on FC and that is working for me. To do that, open your AVG, double click on linkscanner and uncheck everything. Then go to FC and work. When done, open AVG again and click fix problem and it will enable your linkscanner again. Good luck!
