Underlined words...

I don't know if it's just my computer but today it started showing underlined words and if I roll my mouse over it a little bubble pops up with some cool information. Does anyone's else do that?

It's advertisements.  Do you use Firefox?  If I remember correctly there was one add on that did that as well.  To me it's annoying.
