Whats the problem?? Do they not tell you who they are or what they want? I don't get too many calls since I got on the do not call list.

Actually, awhile ago I kept getting phone calls from a # like that at least 3 times a day.  I googled the number and found out it was a work at home scam #.  Don't know if it is the same phone #, but I ignored the phone calls and finally they stopped.  However, I've heard that others have ignored the # and it seems they start calling again after awhile for some people.

Thats what is good about caller I.D...........you can pick and choose who you want to talk to.

you know, if you tell someone to stop calling you and if they don't, you can report that number to the police and it is considered harassment.

Nope but i've had other numbers call me. I looked then up online and all were scams

Don't answer anythingthey want its a big scam going with them.  You can call this number the National Do Not Call List for your home phone and cell phone.  You have to call from the cell phone itself then you have to call from the home phone also.  1-888-382-1222  It blocks you number for 5 years for the phone number you called from.  Hope its okay that I put this on here if not I will remove it.  Hope your having great day every one.

There is a scam now of a company calling themselves a debit collection company. It is a recorded message that asks you to access your account by your SSI number. Since I don't owe any collection debts, I was tipped off right away. No matter what option you choose on the phone tree, it always reverts back to asking you to punch in your SSI number to access your account. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

I get a bunch of calls from debt collection companies that leave messages for someone else's name. I'm about ready to change my number altogether.
