Global TestMarket Survey

For about a week now, I've been trying to do the Global TestMarket surveys.  Normally it lets me do surveys easier than any of the others.  Lately though, it's been taking my demographic info, sending me to the page saying survey will take so many minutes, click here...click it then it says ty for your participation. No credit, no survey showing up, just showing as if I HAD done one.  Anyone else having that problem?
