My 3 year old, although getting better, is still curious about his man parts below...and my new idea is to everytime i catch him doing it make him wash his hands.  He hates washing his hands and I think it might get him to stop!

All he's going to get out of that is that his reproductive parts are somehow "dirty".  All young children explore their bodies; it's part of their nature.

yeah but i always tell him to go to his room if he's going to do it but he just won't.  And I'm not saying it's dirty but i don't want him touching me after he touches it...
