Survey not credited

I completeda survey yesterday and did not show up in my account. Does it take more than one day to be credit for completing a survey?

Surveys that you have received a Congrads or Thank You page - indicating that you have completed the survey -- will generally credit in less than 15 minutes.  Occasionally they will take longer.

Did you clear your cookies and temporary files BEFORE you started doing a survey for a particular survey site?  Did you leave the Congrads window open for at least 10 minutes or until you confirmed that you received credit (obviously you didn't get credit in 10 minutes this time)? 

Computer systems need to talk to one another to get your completion recorded by the survey site and then get back to FC so you can get credit.  So you need to leave the window open while this "conversation" takes place.

For next time:  if you have not gotten credit for a survey within 10 minutes of getting the congrad window, take a screenshot of the Congrads page, paste it to your PAINT software; add a few comments to help identify the survey site, when you took the survey(time and date), how much $$ is involved, subject of the survey; then save the PAINT to a jpeg picture -- label that in a manner that makes it easy for you to identify (IE FCPOCsurveysitedate) and store it in your shared pictures library.

If you haven't received credit for the survey in a couple of days, send in a support ticket to FC and attach the jpeg picture as proof that you completed the survey.  This may not get you the credit, but it will give FC something to work with when they  deal with the survey site.
