Major religions

Why are there so many religions in the world? Is it possible that there is only one true religion and all the others are counterfeit? (I am not suggesting that everyone in all religions but "the one true religion" would be lost. There are many sincere people in all religions.)

There's more than one way to skin a cat, there's many paths to the truth.  Different people have different opinions.  How do you think you can get two people to agree on anything let alone a "true religion."  That's why I don't disparage anyone's beliefs.  I might not agree with it but when it comes down to it no one knows what the "truth" is.  You believe what you want and I will believe why I want.  I won't try to brainwash you so don't try to brainwash me.

one lady explain why there are so many religions, some people dont like other religion, they create their own religion. so more and more comes

As long as your beliefs bring you hope and peace in your heart... to let your faith feed your spiritual self and move you forward in your life journey.....   that's what keeps the candle burning in your heart.
