My FusionCash refund check BOUNCED

yea, i posted my phone number. i'm desperate. i'm sitting here right now about to call the bank and pay $62.50 (fees gallore) because the check didn't clear. they tried it several times, on different day. FUSIONCASH IS A SCAM. do NOT cash one of their checks. you are in for worlds of trouble if you do. if you have direct deposit set up, i'd remove your credit card info asap. if they can put a stop payment on my measely $28 (that i put an honest effort to earn), they can do anything.

Well, apparently, EZpay, whom they use to issue checks, went out of business late September, probably had something to do with the stock market. So, their assets were frozen and they shut down. Therefore, all of the checks issued by them bounced. Administrator put a topic up in payments, you can read it.

I finally did recieve my payment, a day late but I recieved it. Actually it's still pending in my bank account so I havn't actually put my hands on it yet, but we'll see. The on or before the 20th wasn't exactly correct and a day doesn't make a difference, it's the principal of the matter. I hope everyone out there doesn't have an issue like I've had, very frustrating. Good luck!

The payment was disbursed on our end on the 19th.  That's all we promise - that we'll disburse payment on or around the 20th.  In this case, it was disbursed on the 19th, and through no fault of our own (it's your bank's policies), it showed up some days later.  Again, it's your bank's policies that cause those funds to be "on hold" - they were debited from our bank account and sent to your bank days ago.  They are holding on to it - not us.  We do our best to make payments on time, but it's frustrating to be held accountable for something we can't control.

Calm down, it's NOT THEIR FAULT! ok? IT's Ezpay's for going out of business, so the FC admin were just using the wrong company at the wrong time. But i repeat, it's not FUSIONCASH'S fault.
although I am sorry about what happpened. that would REALLY tick me off

Maybe if FC would just pay by PayPal all of this would not happen, and people would get their money faster and not freak out when their checks doesn't arrive exactly on the 20th lol
I would be mad also though. try getting your payment through paypal, and see if that helps

Well that's what I would do, but my PayPal isn't verified, and I can probably speak for a LOT of people here when I say that.
