I think it was local but Lamar's used to make the best glazed doughnuts but you can't find a Lamar's anymore     Hyvee used to make a really good sugar doughnut and their cinnamon doughnut holes were pretty good too but they don't have the doughnut holes ad their sugar doughnuts aren't all that good these days

I enjoy the krispy kremes too especially when they are hot and fresh! mmm good  too bad they dont have them in Alaska!!!!

I like cream cheese and chocolate eclairs the best. Don't remember where i had them I think at a local donut shop in town. Not a big brand name company. Sometimes they are a lot better.

I like krispy cream and dunkin doughnuts; I love the glazed and chocolate doughnuts from krispy cream. And with dunkin doughnuts I have a few favorites.

Great question on this the eve of National Cream-filled doughnut day!  Krispy Creme is okay and I would say preferred by skinny Californians.  Dunkin Doughnuts are preferred by the same crowd that prefers cheap over good taste.  But If you want the best I would have to go with LaMars...which is preferred by Colorado Police over any other doughnut institution.  I prefer LaMars because only quality ingredients go into their doughnuts and, if you plan on breaking a diet, why not go for a doughnut that weighs at least half a pound!
