Do you have a manager or boss that you wonder how they got that title?

We got a new manager where I work, the last one got fired for stealing, drinking and drugs, the new one seems to drive everyone crazy. She has driven the police force crazy by calling them asking them stupid questions, all the other stores do not want to pick up the phone when she calls, and she has sent 4 people to the work doctor in the past 2 weeks, she wrote an incident report on one employee for being bit by a mosquito. Her latest task was telling me to clock out yesterday until I got a work release. I was injured back in january, and went to the ER. I have been working ever since for the last 9 months, and she decides I need a work release. She wound up filling out an incident report from the day asking me what I was doing right before I got injured, ect. okay, this was 9 months ago. then sent me to the work doctor where they all got a good laugh. She even let me work an hour and a half yesterday before telling me Ihad to clock out until I get a work release from the incident in January. Can your boss top this?

That's pretty crazy i will admit. Yes, in the past I had some pretty whacked bosses, mostly sexual harrasment issues, I even filed a complaint with the EEOC. I walked off the job, got my unemployment and won he case. Now I work from home and I am my own boss so I dont have anymore issues like that. Thank God!
