$5 sign up bonus

In my account it shows I didn't get credit for the $5 sign up bonus and when I try to do it again it says I have already been credited but I have not so what do I do? I already tried to make a support ticket and it won't let me.  I looked at everything I have been credited for and its not there.  The completed offer and bonus page says you have to wait 7 to 30 days well I signed up July 4 2011 so its been well over 30 days.
