Favorite type of fish to catch and why

When we go fishing I prefer catching Walleye (pickerel) for eating purposes. For the pure fun and fight, jackfish(pike) are the best.

yeah i dont have a preferred fish to catch but would like to catch a northern or walleyes.

Catfish are my fav fish to catch because they taste good lol.

went fishing yesterday after i posted this.. caught a couple of walleye and broke my line on a pike. It was a good sized bugger too. Don't much like landing pike as they are fairly slimey. I would LOVE to go for catfish. I've watched it on TV and holy cow some of those fishermen are INSANE....catching those monsters with bare hands.....but it still looks fun  ;D

Red Snapper is one of the best to catch because it is the sweetest fish to eat especially when seasoned...ohhhh it is so tasting.

I like to go to the texas coast and catch shark! Love the fight, love the taste, and I can keep their little jaws for a keepsake! :wave:
