yeah,i actually eat good during the weekend.all week is hard to find time,beasides i am always in the middle of something so is not easy.
i know for a fact that breakfast are really important!

I usually have oatmeal or cream of wheat.  Sometimes a piece of toast to go along with it.  And of course...COFFEE

I make homemade pancakes from scratch and then I make my strawberry syrup too.

Lately I've been eating 36g Cheerios with 2oz frozen blueberries, 2t vanilla protein powder and then 8oz of Almond milk.  OMGosh it's good especially since I live in a hot state.  It keeps me fairly full.

I love all the kind of pancakes, blueberries is my fav... and I like french toast and eggland best eggs... and I cup of silk almond... milk..... woo!!! what a breakfast...
