Why has fusion cash gotten rid of some of their specail offers ?

I don't think FusionCash has any control over this. The daily tasks are sponsored by Gambit Labs which you can see if you click on the 'Terms' link in the lower left-hand corner. There used to be 4-5 pages of tasks when I first signed up in March but no more. Most of these tasks are very time-consuming and the payout is hardly worth your time in my opinion. Some of the tasks that have disappeared were easier than the ones remaining for you to choose from, but even those were pages and pages long and you had to stay above a certain percentile to get paid. Hardly worth it, although I have seen a couple of members do quite well on these when checking the 'What Offers Approved For You Today?' pages.

I spent quite a bit of time on the daily tasks when I first joined FC but now feel my time is better spent on the daily surveys. These can be frustrating as well but persistence pays off because the sponsors do vary them, while Gambit hasn't. Hopefully that will change in the future. We'll have to wait and see.
