How should we know what your balance is?  You need to cash out before 180 days is up or you will lose your money.

I thought cashout was $20 (25?), with at least $15 in offers.  Check the FAQ

I have not cashed out either but I don't have enough to do so.  But I am hoping to get there soons.  It would help if I had a fewreferals.  I am trying to do some offers that don't cost anymoney because I don't have any money right now.  School just started so I had to buy school supplies and cloths for my son who is still  in school.  So with these websites I will have a little to do something special with my kids, I wnat to do this before my daughter moves out.  She turn 18 in may s9 she wants to get her own place and stuff.

You need to have $25 to cash out, out of that $25, $15 of those needs to be in offers. What FC is saying is they don't want you to sit back and collect money solely on referrals without having to be an active member of this site. That's understandable.

What I personally do is (assuming I have over $25) is wait until the last day of the month & cash out then. Say you cash out on Sept 5th you get your money on Oct. 20th, if you cash out on Sept 15th, you still get your money on Oct. 20, if you cash out on Sept 30th you STILL get your money on Oct. 20th. If I have $25 on Sept. 5th I don't want to cash out just because I reached the limit, the payout date seems so far away. I'd rather continue to earn money and cashout sat $35 on the last day of Sept. The payout date will be the same but more money for me!

I generally always cash out as soon as I hit $25.00.
