Offers for Netflis and Gamefly

I signed up for the free offers trying to get a free iPAD 2 and afterward I realized I could get money for the offers on this site. Does this mean I'll get paid for the offer?

You signed up for the Netflix & GameFly offers or just the iPad one?

You can get paid for each offer, if you complete each offer as specified ie be a first time user signing up for Netflix, and you can not cancel.
