Does anyone else log in constanly on the Paid to Click Page?

I know I am on an old slow computer but is it that or the website that every time I click on a page of the Paid to Click page I have to log in before it acknowledges I’ve gone to another page?  It even has me log in at the end when I have to click the toolbar (part A) and sometimes I have to log in at the end when I click to redeem the 15¢ (part B).  It’s just frustrating and I didn’t have to do that before when I was on my laptop (which is currently being fixed right now).  So I don’t know if it’s the website that has changed or the fact that I’m on a different computer.  Why can’t I just log in once like on all the other websites and be done with it?
