Varied Payments
« on: August 21, 2011, 11:44:06 pm »
So am new and trying to understand how the whole payment thing works out....So far I have seen most persons cashing out and not recieving the full amount or 3/4 of what they actually made.Is there a percentage which is deductible from Fusion Cash or is it that most persons did not recieve/lost cash for their offers from advertisers etc?? :dontknow: ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

I am also very new here as well but my thoughts on it are that the percentage that is taken must go to whomever it maybe that has reffered you to the site?  Someone do correct me if I am wrong in my train of thought but thats my take on the matter

On my 1st cash out I made exactly $25.00 I was paid exactly $25.00. FC does not take the referral payments out of the money you make.

I believe I know what maybe happening. Let's say you requested a payout and you made $232.32 so far this month and then you make another $863.34 to finish out the month. You are only going to get a payout of the $232.32. To get the remaining amount you would need to request an another payout. Payouts can be requested once every 30 days.

If this is not the case, I would recommend you go to the support page and open a support ticket. They will look at your account and help you understand what is going on.
It very well could be there is something going on with your account.

Where are you seeing this?   :dontknow:  I am going to cash out for the eighth time this month and I have always gotten the full amount.  Are you looking at the banners?  The banners will give you the amount that the member has already received plus how much they have in their account towards the next cash out.  Fusion Cash does not take anything.  it is a really good site.

Exactly :)

The difference between the two numbers is not a fee deducted -- it's just the amount of money that you have earned but not yet been paid.  It's your account balance plus any balance held in a 'pending' cashout.

Ya that would absolutely make sense for sure I do have one question though although I am sure I could figure it out where do we go to write up a service ticket if need ever be?

Just to be clear, I have a balance of $36.52. I have been paid a total of $25.00. That means I have $11.52 unpaid and I won't get that money until I reach the $25.00 in unpaid again.

To open a support ticket, go to the FusionCash home page (not the FC forum home page) at the top you will see a few tab that says support. Click on that and it will take you to the page where you can open a ticket. Here is the support page link
http://www.fusioncash.net/tickets.php

Great questions! Keep reading the forum and keep asking questions.

All the best.
