Me neither, I've completed many survey, most of them are high credit survey but I've not receive credit from them yet. Really frustrated!

Make sure that everything is up to date in your Account page.  Everything on the left side in green sections.  Profile accounts in good standing.  Make sure to clear your catches and temp files.  Always leave the page open for a little while after completing a survey  before closing it. 

Also if you answer surveys online for other companies sometime it want credit if you have answered it for them already.  I have found that out myself.  Just make sure to check your account page so you get credit for thngs you do.
