Has anyone seen the newer Arthur movie?

Have you seen the newest Arthur movie? How do you think it fared to the original. I personally liked the original. Who thinks they ought to remake classics. I think they should leave them alone. They are going to remake the wizard of oz too, I don't know about that, but they have already sort of done it anyway. Also dirty dancing, they are remaking it, they should leave this one alone.

I have a theory about all these remakes the Hollywood biggies are out of ideas and the imagination is gone or possibly if it made money once maybe we can do it again The originals are always the best.  I say leave well enough alone.

I saw it just the other day on a flight.  I didn't like it.  It wasn't very funny like the original.  It was very boring and his love interest didn't compare to spunky Liza Minelli.  I liked the original a lot better.

I loved this movie and i would of loved it more if Medicom on demand would of let me finish it it was a frustrating night you can ask my friend.

I loved it. I thought it was so funny and the cast did a great job playing their characters. I usually don't like it when they do remakes because they usually don't even compare to the originals, but sometimes it works out and it's just like seeing a different movie. This is a movie I would definitely watch again.

I also think that we had way better shows and movies as kids than my kids do now. I think these remakes will be good for them because they will watch the great classics that we did as kids. Young kids aren't really into watching old movies so I think it is really a good way for them to experience it too. Just a different way to think about it I guess:)
