Yes you get paid to post helpful posts.  It can't be just quick little answers like this is.  You have to be making posts that answers someones questions or questions of your own.  After you get the 30 posts you then click on the paid to post then fill out the 3 you think is the most helping then if approved you get $3.  It takes around 65 days sometimes sooner.
