They were out and black celeberties tried to have hair like white people, then they were in in the 60's or 70's, then they wrere out. So NOW it is time for them to be in again.

IF, Africans are SO PROUD of their Heritage and Culture, and BLACK IS BEAUTIFL----IT SEEMS TO ME, like they would be IN----ALL THE TIME??????
