Strange. These were both relatively easy to do and I was credited for both within a hour or two. I would suggest trying them again. It's probably pretty obvious, but be sure the e-mail you give them is the same one you check for your confirmation e-mail. The only other possibility I can come up with is that you may have already signed up with these same offers on another site or someone in your family who uses your computer did. Like since I'd already signed up with Groupon before it became available on FC as an offer, I couldn't get approval for that. My bad. won't do that again if I can help it.

Your other last resort option is to file a support ticket, but if it's been a while you may not be able to give FC enough hard data so that they can help. Hope any of that helped you!
