FusionCash, could you please send me a 1099 MISC tax form?

I seemed to have misplaced my copy of the 1099 MISC tax form that FusionCash had sent me earlier this year and I need the whole paper form for health insurance purposes and I'm asked to provide documentation for the year 2010. I apologize for the inconvenience of resending it and would really appreciate if I could have it by August 8, 2011.

FYI: Admin, I submitted a support ticket 7 days ago but I haven't received a response.

Congradulations on earning more than $600 on FC last year!  You really had to work hard to reach that amount.

Support responds as quickly as they can, but don't be surprised if it takes a couple of weeks.

Have you checked your 2010 tax report file?  I usually keep the secondary copies of all 1099's in the same file as my copy of my 1040 form.  Your copy of the FC 1099 might be buried in your records.  Also check your 1040 form and confirm that you reported the FC income on that form.  If it's not there, you may not have ever received that form (ie you didn't earn $600+ in 2010.)
