The description of how to post a screen shot into the Forum is described in the entry for the promotion. But it took me several trials/errors to get it too work.
1. If you received a payment via PAYPAL. Go to your PAYPAL account and load up the details transaction so it fills your computer screen. Click on the button on your key board that says "Print Screen". You have now taken a screen shot of your payment.
2. Go to "START" on your computer and find and load up your PAINT software. Click on EDIT and then PASTE. This will transfer the picture of your PAYPAL transaction onto the Paint window.
3. CLIP out the portion of the page that you want to retain and then erase or black out anything else you don't want to display to the world. (like the transaction ID and your email address)
4. FILE SAVE the page to a jpeg picture in your shared pictures library. Use a title for the picture so you can easily find it (ie FCpop092511)
All of the following seems to work better for me in FIREFOX; in IE I can't read the URL's that come up in tiny pic.
5. Go to tinypic.com (or any site you use for creating URLs for pictures); select IMAGE, which will give you the IMG url format for forums and DEFAULT. Click on BROWSE to locate the jpeg picture you just made on your computer. Then click UPLOAD NOW and the URL for the image will be created for you. Several types of URLs will be created -- you will want the one for Forums.)
6. Bring up the FC Forum Promotions and Contest section and open the thread that asks you to post your screenshot of your payment. Open up the reply window.
7. Then go back to the tinypic window and left click on the created URL for Forums to lock it in. Then right click your mouse and COPY the link. Move your mouse over to the FC reply window, left click your mouse to lock it on the page. Then right click the mouse and Paste the link in.
8. Use the Preview link to check that the image that comes up shows what you want it to be. If it's okay, add any comments to the entry and post the image.
After you try this, if you still have a problem, come back and explain where it seems to fail and what happens (or doesn't happen).
