Digital Camera Import Problem

Anyone out there familiar with Windows 7? I have Used my Concord "Eye Q 3040 AF" on this computer via the Bus input to import videos to My Pictures. The Program I used was Windows Live Photo Gallery. But now it does not find my camera. But on the Computer itself it shows it is there, the driver is working etc etc. But the program itself can't find it.

I have also used Picassa, same problem, cannot find the camera to download or import the photos. Anyone know what is wrong or how to correct and fix the problem? What gets me is it worked just fine before, but now, not at all.
