I've cashed out three times with my fourth pending and have never paid a dime for offers unless I was interested in what the sponsor was selling. The following count toward offers and are free:

Daily Cash E-Mail and Point to Click
Daily Surveys which you can attempt every 24 hrs
Videos which sometimes are available under Special Offers
Daily Tasks under Special Offers

These all count toward the $15 minimum you need before you can cash out. All bonuses such as referrals or the $3/mo posting bonus only count toward the other $10 which do serve to boost your cash out total. You can cash out every month just by doing the free offers I listed above. FC also adds new free offers from time to time and that helps! So, to answer your question, you do not need to go to offers requiring you to pay in order to cash out!

Here's one more suggestion. Surf the forum under the general topic of offers to see which free offers other members have had success completing and recommend. There may be some you missed.

Also, you also have 180 days to cash out before you lose offer income. It's not required that you cash out every month. Hope that is clear to you! Welcome to FusionCash!

Only if you are willing to pay for them.  There is the daily items, survey's, videos, and posting here in the forum.  That should get you some regular money coming in.
