Yes as soon as you have your aprroved 30 post you can put your claim in.  Just make sure you have the right amount approved ok.

Since you won't get paid for 30 to 60 days anyway, I would pile on a few extras just for insurance. I just submitted mine today and I have 57 posts.

You don't for sure, that's why extras are a good idea.

I'll submit my 30 as soon as I get them done which is usually within the first week of the month.  I forgot I had to submit the request the first month I was active.  I won't forget that again.

Just make sure that the posts you are submitting are "contributory" posts as per the rules. Basically, if you're carrying on a meaningful discussion, you shouldn't have a problem with your posts, just pick out your best 3, and make sure they are not 1 or 2 word posts. Those won't work.

Yes you can complete the Forum Bonus Form at anytime during the month as long as you have 30 quality posts that month.

Yes, although like others here, I wait until I have perhaps 35 or more just to be on the safe side.  Almost all my posts are at least two full sentences rather than two whole words and so far I haven't had a problem getting them approved.

As long as you don't spam the forum, type one word replies to posts, or post referral links to other sites you should be in good shape. I just try to make sure all of my posts have some volume and actually attempt to add value to the forum rather than deface it. I also like to follow up if I start a particular post.
